Candia is great! The location is wonderful and the apartments are very nice. I stayed there for 3 months and the service was wonderful. Not too touristy of an area, but still very close to St. Peter's and the subway. Highly recommended!

Hey Candia! As a college student who stayed for nearly two and a half months at your residence, I can honestly say that it was an amazing place to live, and that should I ever make it to Rome again, I will definitely crash there.

I stayed with my college at Residence Candia for three months. It was a wonderful experience; the staff were extremely kind and helpful and Gianni is wonderful! Great location and very pleasant rooms.

As US military members stationed here in Italy we get a chance to see a lot of places and stay at different hotels. However when we stay in Rome it is always at the Candia. Excellent service by the staff who all speak english as well as know the best places to eat and shop. I always recomend it to friends.

We had a blast staying here this fall. I stayed for 3 nights in October with family and the location was amazing -- right next to the Vatican and the metro. The people at the front desk were friendly and helped us with everything from maps to restaurant suggestions. There's a great market down the street on Via Tunisi where you can get every type of food imaginable. The rooms were nice, well maintained, and had a small kitchen area where you could even cook. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at residence Candia with my dad and brother for a few nights in late September. The staff treated us very well and the location was within walking distance of many of the things we wanted to see. The rooms were simple, very clean, and equipped with the means to make a small meal. The environment was very inviting, with a courtyard in the middle and a space to park cars outside. Overall it was a great stay!
